Ingredients:
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
BBQ sauce ( enough to coat the florets after baking or to your liking)
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup green chutney
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
2-4 green onions
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Wash and cut produce.
Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.
Toss the baked cauliflower in a bowl with the BBQ sauce , mix well to coat the cauliflower .
In a small bowl, mix the ranch dressing and green chutney together.
On a platter, arrange the baked BBQ cauliflower, sliced carrots, celery and top with green onions.
Drizzle the ranch dressing and green chutney mixture over the top of the cauliflower.
