Ravioli with sautéed onions, peppers, spinach, and cherry tomatoes is a flavorful and satisfying meal that is easy to prepare. Here is a recipe you can follow to make this dish at home:
Ingredients:
* 1 package veggie ravioli
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 onion, thinly sliced
* 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
* 1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
* 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
* 2 cups spinach
* Salt and pepper, to taste
* Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
2. Add the ravioli to the pot and cook according to the package instructions.
3. While the ravioli is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the onion and red pepper to the skillet and cook until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Add the cherry tomatoes and spinach to the skillet and cook until the spinach is wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
6. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Drain the ravioli and add it to the skillet with the vegetables.
8. Toss the ravioli and vegetables together until they are well combined.
9. Serve the ravioli with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
