VEGAN California SUSHI Roll – A Delicious and Easy (Recipe)

Gather all of your ingredients: sushi rice, carrots, cucumber, onion, avocado (optional), nori (dried seaweed sheets), and any additional fillings you’d like to include (such as crab or tofu).

Thinly slice the carrots, cucumber, and onion.

Cut the avocado into thin slices. (Optional)

Lay a sheet of nori on a sushi mat or a sheet of plastic wrap.
